Duplex by the Sea is comfortably furnished over two levels and features bay views from the front balcony, an alfresco dining setting in the big backyard and spa bath in the main bathroom.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

Excellent location, close to lovely beaches, shops & bustling Huskisson. Very comfortable beds in quite spacious rooms for a duplex. Booking & further communication with Hamish was always prompt & informative. We didn’t like the child safety gate at the top of the stairs and within minutes a handyman was there to remove it. We didn’t use the large backyard much as we preferred to hang around the kitchen upstairs and the balcony facing the beach, but the house & yard were well- maintained. We stayed a week and enjoyed!
