Osprey Cottage @ 35a St. Georges Rd, St. Georges Basin is a fully renovated original cottage with all the comforts of home including a stylish kitchen, air-conditioning, grassy yard and large bedrooms.
The two bedroom home is comfortably furnished and provides plenty of room for the whole family! A large entertainers kitchen opens to the dining and living room which has a comfortable leather lounge and flat screen TV. Enjoy your morning cuppa or afternoon BBQ on the covered back verandah which has water glimpses.
Osprey Cottage is conveniently located within walking distance to the water’s edge of St. Georges Basin, IGA, newsagency, Cooee Pub, cafes and more. The large driveway and off-street parking is great for water enthusiasts who want to bring their boat and enjoy the fantastic fishing in the Basin.

A well-stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare a quick snack or a full meal. Fridge, upright oven with electric cooktop, kettle and microwave.
Flat screen TV & DVD, air-conditioner, indoor dining setting for 4 + barstools.
Gas BBQ and outdoor dining setting for 8.
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
This property is NOT suitable for pets
Plenty of off street parking for cars and boats.
Laundry facilities available for guest use.
A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.

Great holiday home. Perfect for young family. The location was great with IGA and cafe within walking distance. only 20 mins drive to most family friendly activities within the bay.

Nice house with enough kitchen equipment, the bed is clean but with little smell, probably because no one ventilated. The tv is pretty good, but without wifi, it will be useless, and the house did not have a network which means we need to use our hotspot. Consider the price we cost, which is worth it.

The place is amazing! The amenities are great, great bathroom with a great shower, the beds are comfortable and the deck with the bbq is amazing!

Lovely little cottage, lots of room for kids and easy walk to shops, parks and water. Super easy check in and check out and all the amenities you would need. Would love to come back soon!
