Arches by the Sea is located in one of the most enviable positions in all of Jervis Bay. Right on Plantation Point this beautiful family home has immediate access to a multitude of beaches and is right on the bike path which accesses the White Sands Walk out to Hyams Beach to the south and Huskisson to the north.
The home itself is furnished to an extremely high standard. Guests will want for nothing with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, 2 bathrooms and a converted garage with ping pong, foosball and darts!

Flat screen smart TV (BYO streaming accounts), open plan lounge and indoor dining setting for 8.
Washing machine and toilet.
Ping pong table, foosball and darts board.
Outdoor setting seating 8, large 4 burner gas BBQ, a lawn area; all within a completely secure backyard.
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
Unfortunately this property IS NOT suitable for pets.
Note that in the bathrooms the hot and cold taps over the bath have been plumbed in the wrong way, however each tap is clearly marked correctly.
A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners);
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.
RATES & AVAILABILITY
The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.
Christmas, New Year and early January: 7 night minimum stay;
Easter: 4 night minimum stay;
Long Weekends and late January: 3 night minimum stay.

Our adult family of 8 enjoyed a wonderful stay here for Christmas. The property had a fully equipped kitchen that enabled us to cook up our Christmas feast, as well as games areas, large common spaces and location just opposite the beach. It’s an amazing property to spend the summer holidays.
