A well-stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare a quick snack or full meal. Double width fridge/freezer, electric oven and cooktop, toaster, kettle, and microwave. Nespresso pod coffee machine (a handful of pods provided to get you started).
A large covered outdoor deck with dining for 6, comfortable seating for 4 and 4 burner gas BBQ. A fully secure, fully fenced backyard.
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
Weighted Blankets provided on all of the beds over the Winter months.
This property is suitable for pets. You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival. A fully secure, fully fenced front yard so your pet is in full view. Pets are not permitted on furniture or on beds. You must clean up after your pet, failure to do so will result in a 50.00 charge to your bond.
Please note the garage is not for guest use, however there are 2 spaces in the driveway and lots of on street parking.
Firewood and kindling are not provided but can be purchased from the service station on the way into Sanctuary Point.
A bond of 500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept Visa or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests;
This property is surrounded by permanent residents.
Strictly no parties of any kind will be tolerated.
Guests that don't respect the property or neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond.
The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods incur a surcharge.
Christmas, New Year and early January: 7 night minimum stay.
Easter: 4 night minimum stay.
Long Weekends and late January: 3 night minimum stay.
