This large 2 storey home with multiple entertaining areas is situated directly on Collingwood Beach Vincentia. It's ideal for two families or larger friendship groups. With 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs and a bathroom on each floor everyone has space to call their own as well as to come together and share enjoyment of the idyllic location. There is also a lockable storage room for bikes and kayaks and contains the high chair, totem tennis and beach equipment that you are welcome to borrow!
The Dolphin House is situated on the famous Jervis Bay White Sands Path, so for a perfect family holiday, don't forget your bikes. The picturesque cycleway will take guests to Huskisson in just 15 minutes or to Vincentia in 10.

A well equipped kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare holiday feasts. Fridge/freezer, gas cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave and a well stocked pantry.
Upstairs - an open plan living area with smart TV, Dvd's & Blu-rays. A dining area seating 8 guests. Both have breathtaking views of Jervis Bay and Point Perpendicular, the French doors open onto the full wraparound deck and take in the evening breeze.
Downstairs - an additional lounge with smart TV and French doors lead to the garden and directly to the beach!
Washer, dryer and sink
A full wraparound deck at the rear of the home takes in the incredible views of Jervis Bay. An outdoor dining set comfortably seats 8 guests and cooking is on a large Ziegler & Brown gas barbecue. The back yard is fully fenced and completely secure and has a gate leading onto the bike path and directly to the beach. There is also a lockable storage room for your bikes and kayaks. Enter through the yellow door on the garage that you pass on the way to the house .
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.
This property accepts pets and has a secure backyard. Guests are responsible for their pets during their stay and clearing up after them in the backyard. Any additional cleaning due to excessive hair or clearing the yard will result in an additonal cleaning fee.
Garage is locked and not available for guests' use.

We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests;
Parties, Functions and Gatherings
This property is surrounded by permanent residents.
Strictly no Batchelor/Hen parties or Schoolies will be tolerated.
Guests that don't respect the property or neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods incur a surcharge.
Christmas, New Year and early January: 7 night minimum stay.
Easter: 4 night minimum stay.
Long Weekends and late January: 3 night minimum stay.
