Island Holiday is a terrific budget friendly option for any family looking to getaway. The home is spacious, conveniently located and offers a fantastic home away from home feel.

Featuring large bedrooms, open kitchen and dining, outdoor entertainment area, large bathroom with a separate toilet and internal laundry room. The home is also equipped with a cot for the little one and air conditioning in the main bedroom and living room.

Island Holiday is conveniently located within walking distance to the water's edge of St. Georges Basin, IGA, newsagency, cafes and more. The large driveway and off-street parking is great for water enthusiasts who want to take the boat on their holiday.

SECURITY BOND

A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES

We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS

This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.
