A well-stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare a quick snack or full meal: fridge, oven, induction cooktop, kettle, coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster and microwave.
Lounge area has a smart TV, a beautiful corner lounge with room for the whole family and jaw dropping views of Point Perpendicular and French doors leading onto the amazing balcony!

A key feature of this home is the stunning front balcony with comfortable seating to take in the gorgeous views of Jervis Bay. At the rear of the property is a terrace with outdoor dining, Weber gas barbecue and well looked after gardens.
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
This property is suitable for pets. However they are not allowed in bedrooms or on the furniture. An additional cleaning charge may apply if the home is left untidy due to your pet. You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.The backyard is not 100% secure so pets should not be left in the yard unattended if they are likely to wander.

Arrival and Departure Times
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
Parties, Functions and Gatherings
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.
Christmas, New Year and early January: 7 night minimum stay.
Easter: 4 night minimum stay.
