This ever popular townhouse with shared private jetty is located within an easy stroll to boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and bars but tucked away from all the hustle and bustle.
As you walk in, you are greeted by a formal lounge that continues through to an open kitchen/dining area and then through to the private courtyard. The laundry and 3rd toilet are also located on this level.
All the bedrooms are upstairs as is the kids retreat/TV room with water glimpses from the verandah. Two of the three bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and main with ensuite.

Courtyard with dining set for 6 and a Gas BBQ.
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. Please BRING your own beach towels;

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.
Christmas, New Year and early January: 7 night minimum stay;

The property is ideally located, close to the water and shops, and in a quiet location. Cupboards had all the utensils we needed and the grandchildren had a great collection of toys. For adults who prefer to stay indoors, there are books and videos. With these additional touches and all linen provided, we really felt spoilt for the price of accommodation. We enjoyed eating in the private courtyard, which was well shaded. The private jetty was great for children to fish from but too shallow for anything serious. However, it should be good for those wanting to launch into snorkelling or other water activity. Our whole family will recommend this property to friends and it will be our first option if we visit the Shoalhaven again.

Generally good. We had difficulties getting access to the jetty and this did not work until 2 days before we left. The bunk beds were so squeaky you could here them downstairs!!Not good for inducing restful sleep. Master bedroom was excellent.
