Nelson Beach Cottage is perfectly positioned to maximise all that beautiful Jervis Bay offers. For the kids, as well as the beach, there is a comprehensive shaded playground, just down the road, full of fun activities and for the more serious a varied outdoor gym. There is also a liberty swing to cater for all abilities and a Bocce court for games.
Don't forget to bring your bikes! There is immediate access to a flat easy bike/walk path with varied views of the bay which connects you all the way to Huskisson where you can enjoy a coffee, snack, meal or a cold one. In the other direction, walk to iconic Hyams Beach along the renowned Great White Sands Walk. Traverse beautiful beaches and enjoy stunning views at every turn, all in the shade of interesting and varied flora. You may even catch a Dolphin pod as they lazily make their way across the Bay, Commerants as they dive for food or a soaring Sea Eagle.

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, duvets and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. Please bring your own beach towels.
This property is NOT suitable for pets.
The garage is for owner storage and not available to guests.
No smoking or vaping.
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests who don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.
In order to ensure that resources are available and to provide the best possible service during the high demand period bookings from 20 Dec to approx 12 Jan can only commence on specific days of the week and are for a minimum of 7 days. If you have any issues making your booking please enquire.
Christmas, New Year and early January: 7 night minimum stay.
Easter: 4 night minimum stay.
Long Weekends and late January: 3 night minimum stay.
