Your family will love Sandshoes! This two storey home is comfortably furnished and has everything you will need for a relaxing holiday away. Featuring open living and dining, large deck with outdoor setting and dining, refreshing pool, and four good sized bedrooms (one of which is downstairs) all with built in robes.
Sandshoes are perfect for those looking for a family holiday, romantic getaway or just a quick city escape. Enjoy easy access to the local white sand beaches as well as the White Sands Walk to famous Hyams Beach and Booderee National Park. Shops, cafes and the Coles shopping centre are only a short drive away.

Please note that this is not a party house and complaints from neighbours regarding poor behaviour or late night disturbances may result in eviction and forfeit of all rent.

A well equipped kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare a quick snack or full meal. Fridge, wall oven and cooktop, kettle, dishwasher and microwave.
Flat screen TV, fan and indoor dining setting for 8 plus bar stools at the breakfast bar.
Banana chairs and pool side table, outdoor setting for 8 downstairs under the verandah, Outdoor lounge, Gas BBQ and another table to seat 6 upstairs on the balcony.
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats and tea towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
As part of our linen management, and for guest comfort, we do not triple sheet, and cleaners are also required to provide clean duvet covers for all used beds after every stay.
This property IS NOT suitable for pets.
Garage is NOT for guest use. However, there is a single carport and street parking.
The home is not air conditioned. Heaters are provided for the living areas upstairs (gas) and downstairs (electric). Freestanding fans are provided for the lounge room and bedrooms.
*Vincentia is surrounded by bush, as such the pool may get leaves and the occasional bug. The pool is professionally serviced regularly, however a pool skimmer has been provided in the event you may need it.
A bond of $750 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.
Christmas, New Year and early January: 7 night minimum stay.
Easter: 4 night minimum stay.
Long Weekends and late January: 3 night minimum stay.

We have been in the house in 2019 and very much enjoyed it. However not a lot of maintenance was done throughout. Pool umbrella was broken (which was promptly replaced by the agency). We wanted to use big umbrella on the terrace, but the base was broken. Also there are pins sticking out of the terrace wood, which is very painful and dangerous. Additionally, we wanted to use the BBQ and discovered it was not clean. After we cleaned it, we found out there was no gas left...That should have been checked. the window in middle bedroom doesn't open which is not pleasant in 30+. All in all, it was fine. I would recommend the property to others if all above is fixed.

The house is extra large and the owners have filled it generously with outdoor furniture Top deck was the highlight overlooking the pool and forest The short walk to Blenheim and greenfield beaches were an added bonus We discovered a piece of heaven and fell in love with the area. The steep driveway was unpleasant to drive in and out.
