A huge, fully secure yard, beautifully screened with tall bamboo. A trampoline and kids play equipment will make the holiday a breeze, overlooks by the stunning deck that has both a lounge area and large dining set with gas barbecue.
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.
The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.
