It's a 60s/70s beach house that's been renovated, rejuvenated and updated with cool furniture and fittings from the period; Eames, Parker and Chiswell. Opposite Collingwood beach and just a few minutes walk to the local shopping village, this 2 storey house has views of Jervis Bay. Large full length windows and sliding glass doors throughout allow refreshing bay breezes to keep the place airy and cool.
We kept as many of the original features as we could, polished the wood floors, installed some funky lighting and built an outdoor Bbq area. It's a very spacious entertaining pad, perfect for a beach holiday with family and friends or a romantic getaway.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 with queen size beds and a kids bedroom with double bunks. Each bedroom has a fan and smoke alarms are fitted on both floors. There are large open plan living areas upstairs and downstairs. The first floor living area is a breezy space to relax, flowing to a large balcony with views. Spacious designer couches, a retro bar and the latest in electronic entertainment, a 60 TV and Sonos sound system, complete the picture.
In the dining room, a 1950s Italian Sputnik ceiling pendant will light up the meal, and the conversation, at the 8 seater table.
Downstairs, the entry room features a polished concrete floor, soft leather daybed and oversized Anglepoise floor lamp. A large indoor/outdoor living room opens onto a garden patio with a dining area and 8 burner gas Bbq. An 80 litre French door fridge and freezer has filtered, chilled water and ice cubes on tap.
Vincentia shopping centre, with a Coles supermarket, restaurants, cafe, newsagent and other shops is less than 10 minutes walk away. Hyams Beach is a 5 minute drive and Booderee National Park a 10 minute drive from the house.
If you're feeling energetic, walk or ride along the bike path that fronts the beach. It takes you to Huskisson to the north or Plantation Point in the south.

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers, beach towels and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.
Security alarm and external security cameras.
This property is suitable for pets and has a secure yard, however they are not allowed on the furniture or in bedrooms. An additional cleaning charge may apply if the home is left untidy due to your pet. You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.
A bond of 750 dollars must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept Visa or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
Parties, Functions and Gatherings
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.
Rates and Availability
The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.
Christmas, New Year and early January: 7 night minimum stay.
Easter: 4 night minimum stay.
Long Weekends and late January: 3 night minimum stay.
