Featuring two generous bedrooms, comfortable lounge room, open dining and modern kitchen. Enjoy your morning cuppa on the front verandah with views of beautiful Collingwood Beach. Enjoy an evening under the stars around the firepit, an afternoon BBQ after a day at the beach and security for you pets and kids in the fully fenced backyard.
Beach Pad Jervis Bay is great for couples, families and groups of friends looking for a beach escape with a touch of comfort and charm. There is off street parking so bring the boat and enjoy being only a couple minutes to the Vincentia Boat Ramp. This seaside getaway is an easy walk to the white sand beaches of Jervis Bay, local shops, cafes and cycle path.

A well equipped open kitchen overlooks the combined dining area and has a fridge, kettle, electric oven and cooktop and coffee machine.
Comfortable lounge room with sofa bed, loveseat, flat screen TV and DVD player, dining table that seats 6.
Outdoor entertaining area has a 6 seater outdoor setting in the backyard, gas BBQ and 4 seater table on the front verandah.
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats and tea towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
This property is suitable for pets and has a secure, fully fenced back yard, however they are not allowed on the furniture. An additional cleaning charge may apply if the home is left untidy due to your pet. You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.
Garage is NOT for guest use. However there is off street parking available.
Washing machine, iron and ironing board have been provided.
A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.
Christmas, New Year and early January: 7 night minimum stay.
Easter: 4 night minimum stay.
Long Weekends and late January: 3 night minimum stay.

The property was a lovely little holiday home in a perfect location within easy walking distance to the beach. Very nicely presented and clean also with plenty of items you need whilst you stay.
