A well equipped open kitchen overlooks the combined dining/living area and has a dishwasher, kettle, microwave, electric oven plus cooktop and coffee machine.
Flat screen smart TV with Netflix, Stan & Foxtel, a large lounge, Dining table to seat 6, 3 breakfast bar chairs and ducted air-conditioning.
Outdoor entertaining area has an 8 seater outdoor setting, lounge, pizza oven & gas BBQ, cubby house and swing set.
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats and tea towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
This property is suitable for pets, however they are not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. You are expected to clean up after your pet; an additional cleaning charge may apply if the home or the garden is left untidy due to your pet. You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.
Garage is NOT for guest use however there are 2 spaces in the driveway and on street parking available.
Internal laundry has a washing machine, dryer, iron and clothesline.
A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.

Great house would be amazing with more attention to detailAnonymous - 1st October 2020
House was fab and clean and in a great location. The agent failed to get in touch re the deposit and had i not called they would not have left the keys out. Also in the house there was a lack of certain things eg two adults staying 5 days need more than 5 coffee pods. Also there was a lack of basic provisions in the cupboard eg salt rocks but no grinder.
