Vincentia Breeze is a spacious, modern and relaxed holiday home perfectly situated in the heart of Vincentia. Everything you could need while on holidays including sparkling beaches, shops and cafes is on your doorstep. This tastefully decorated unit comfortably sleeps 6 and is ideal for a family holiday.

This beautiful upstairs unit boasts excellent views of Jervis Bay. There are expansive lounge and dining areas and two generous bedrooms, a large north facing balcony with ample seating and a gas BBQ. Staying cool on hot summer days and warm on cool winter nights is a breeze with reverse ducted air conditioning throughout the unit. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of the house WiFi.

Take a short stroll to the turquoise waters and white sands of Jervis Bay or walk across the street to Vincentia shopping centre which has cafes, a restaurant, bakeries and Coles supermarket. Hyams Beach, Booderee National Park and Huskisson are a short drive away. There is plenty of on-site parking. Bring your bikes and beach toys and enjoy everything this property and its fantastic location provide.

*Please note that unit 1 Vincentia Retreat (downstairs) sleeps 6 additional guests and can also be booked subject to availability.

LINEN

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats and tea towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES

We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS

This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

We enjoyed the stay. Property is in a great location and is very well equipped and maintained. Very clean and spacious. A little outside noise during nights was only reason for not giving 5 stars overall.

The house was very well kept with everything you need. It was across the road from the quiet local shops and short walk from the beach. The beds were really comfortable, the linen was included and of good quality which is often rare in holiday homes. I would definitely stay again.
