Having lived and worked in Jervis Bay since 2003, Belinda started in the real estate industry the following year and has been part of it ever since.

Across that time she has worked in all areas of real estate, including permanent rentals, sales administration, office administration and holiday rentals — and it is holiday rentals where Belinda’s passion lies and what she loves to do.

With a true understanding of Jervis Bay and all it has to offer, along with an intimate knowledge of our portfolio of properties, Belinda is perfectly positioned to work with our property owners to provide a smooth management process.

A can-do attitude, helpful approach and friendly smile make Belinda an integral part of the Experience Jervis Bay team.

Outside of work Belinda is heavily connected in the local community and spends time with her family making the most of life on the South Coast, along with travelling as and when they can.

Having started her first role in real estate at just 17, Margaret has spent almost her entire working life in the industry and brings a depth of experience few can match.

Originally from Springwood in the Blue Mountains, Margaret made the move to the coast 25 years ago, drawn by the beach lifestyle that keeps so many people here. Two and a half decades on, she knows the area and its properties inside out.

Across her career Margaret has worked as a permanent property manager, an office manager and a holiday rental property manager, giving her a complete view of the industry from every angle. It’s a background that means she understands not just the day to day management of a property, but the systems and organisation that sit behind a well-run office and a smooth experience for owners and guests alike.

Margaret spent a number of years working alongside Jenny at Jervis Bay Breaks, and joined Experience Jervis Bay when Jervis Bay Breaks came across to the team, bringing that established working partnership with her.

Experienced, organised and thorough, Margaret is the kind of property manager owners are glad to have looking after their home.

Outside of work Margaret keeps active, with yoga, fitness, bike riding and long walks on the beach all part of her regular routine — making the most of exactly the lifestyle that brought her here in the first place.

Having family connections to Jervis Bay and visiting for most of her life, Ashlie finally made the move that was always going to happen in 2021.

A lifetime property manager with a wealth of experience behind her, Ashlie has been managing properties since she left school. Having worked in every role a property management department has to offer, from the ground up, there is very little about property management that Ashlie hasn’t seen or handled herself.

A true ‘helper’ by nature, Ashlie will always go above and beyond to ensure a smooth management process for our owners, and consistently receives positive feedback from everyone she works with.

That combination of experience, knowledge and a genuine desire to help people makes Ashlie a key member of the team at Experience Jervis Bay.

Outside of work Ashlie and her family spend their time on the water fishing, cruising and generally enjoying all that Jervis Bay has to offer, and make the most of any opportunity to travel further afield when they can.

Having grown up in Nowra and spent every summer at Jervis Bay from a very young age, Jenny has known and loved this stretch of coast for as long as she can remember.

Those summers made a lasting impression, and in 1985 her family made the move permanent, drawn by the relaxed lifestyle and the beaches that bring so many visitors back year after year. It’s the same lifestyle Jenny still enjoys today, and the same one she’s able to share first-hand with owners and guests alike.

After a background in retail and customer service, where she developed the attention to detail and genuine care for people that continues to define her approach, Jenny moved into real estate in 2006. Since then she has built extensive experience across both property management and holiday management, giving her a well-rounded understanding of what owners expect and what makes a stay memorable for guests.

Jenny went on to establish Jervis Bay Breaks, a holiday rental management company she ran successfully for a number of years, building a loyal following of owners and returning guests along the way. Jervis Bay Breaks has since joined Experience Jervis Bay, bringing Jenny, her properties and her considerable local knowledge across to the team.

Having built and run her own business in this industry, Jenny understands exactly what an owner wants from a manager — and delivers it every day.

Outside of work, Jenny is rarely still. She plays golf, tennis and pickleball, and enjoys cycling, swimming, kayaking, bushwalking and photography — all things the Shoalhaven does exceptionally well. When she’s not out enjoying the area, you’ll find her spending time with family.

Having grown up on a farm in the central west of NSW and in Bathurst, Dave holidayed on the south coast all his life before finally making the move to Jervis Bay in 2023.

The decision came after a family trip around Australia in a caravan, which convinced them they could handle living closer to the coast permanently. As Dave puts it, it just so happens that this is some of the best coast in the country.

Dave brings a genuinely broad background to the role, having worked across youth and social work, small business, the not for profit sector, and community sporting and golf club management. It’s a mix that has given him a practical, people-first approach and the ability to handle whatever a day throws at him.

His move into accommodation began in 2023 at the Kangaroo Valley Golf Club, and he has since trained across reservations, onboarding and property management, building a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to look after a property and the people staying in it.

A natural problem solver who genuinely enjoys fixing things, Dave is exactly the person an owner wants on the other end of the phone.

Outside of work Dave enjoys golf, diving and sport in general — these days, he admits, more watching than playing — along with spending time with his family on the coast that brought them here.

Michael grew up in South Cotabato in the Philippines, before later moving to Manila.

His career began in retail before moving into real estate, and then into short-term rentals, where he has worked with both US and Australian companies. It’s a background that has given him the adaptability the role calls for.

With Experience Jervis Bay, Michael supports the team across a wide variety of responsibilities, from administrative work and daily repeating and reactive tasks through to special projects. He also supports weekend operations, helping with calls and emails so that owners and guests are looked after right through the week.

Strong with technology and a natural problem solver, Michael is the sort of person who quietly keeps things running from behind the scenes, finding better ways of doing things and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

It’s the work you never see that makes everything else run smoothly, and that’s exactly where Michael excels.

Outside of work Michael enjoys playing badminton and the occasional trip out of town, and makes sure he gets plenty of rest to recharge after a busy week.

Faith…

Christian is based in the northern Philippines and has been supporting businesses remotely since 2009, providing administration, customer support, marketing and business operations support to clients in the UK, US and Australia.

With a naturally organised and helpful approach, Christian enjoys working behind the scenes, keeping things on track and helping wherever needed. At Experience Jervis Bay, he supports the team across administration, with a particular focus on marketing.

Outside of work, Christian is a single parent to his daughter, so family keeps him busy. He enjoys watching movies, finding good coffee and, when he gets the chance, exploring new apps, technology and tools that make everyday life a little easier.
