There is much to see and do in the beautiful Jervis Bay area: swimming, snorkelling, hiking, surfing, fishing, exploring National Parks, dolphin/whale watch cruises and much more.

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
This property is NOT suitable for pets.
Car space available for guest use along with on street parking.
Garage is not for guests' use.
Laundry facilities available in the combined second bathroom.
A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.

Overall, this properly is very well managed, quiet, super clean and tidy, especially it's surprisingly warm in winter even without the heater (from AC). It's close to Coles, Aldi, Woolies and gas station. There are something to improve or for others to note: - There is no dish washer and Wifi. - The property street is completely dark at night, very hard to locate it when driving to it. - Avoid using both bathrooms with hot shower at the same time, otherwise all hot water won't work until a couple of hours later.
Lovely accommodation for Covid-19 Christmas get-awayAnonymous - 1st December 2020
We rented this townhouse at the last minute due to Covi-19 border restrictions in Canberra preventing our usual family Christmas get-together. It was perfect for our 4 night stay - close to the beach and shops, and supplied with everything we needed. The only negative aspect was the room downstairs which had a queen size bed instead of 2 singles which did not suit our 2 adult sons. However overall we were v satisfied with the place and would happily stay there again.
