ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

Lovely quiet townhouse a short walk from beaches & townAnonymous - 1st April 2021
We had a fantastic 2-night stay! All the rooms were nicely decorated, modern and lit up by bright artworks. It’s a short walk to the scenic beach one way and into town the other way. In our group there were 3 adults and two kids. The property was a comfortable size for us, we enjoyed spending time enjoying a morning cuppa on the balcony overlooking the leafy street. It had everything we needed (admittedly we got take away from nearby Kanpai so didn’t test the cooking facilities!). It was exactly as the pictures showed and we had great service through the agent.

This property is impeccable - everything you could hope for and more. Quiet yet convenient location, tastefully decorated and lot's of nice touches. Would highly recommend
