Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
Unfortunately this property IS NOT suitable for pets.
Garage is NOT for guest use.
A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners);
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

Spacious beach house in a great locationAnonymous - 1st April 2021
This property has everything you need to spend a fantastic family holidays. It is very clean, spacious and well located at 2 mins walk from Orian beach and 5 mins from Collingwood beach. The only thing that is not included is internet but it did not bother us and allows us to disconnect. Also there is no undercover parking but you can easily park in front of the house.

it was really nice time, the only problems was after the big rain.therefore an expected insect and cockrat , web spider were visible in the house. also the beds sheets smells (no properly dry) could be the weather too. I beleived it was the weather made the issues apart of that. the house and location is fantastic !

This home is awesome! It's very clean and has absolutely everything you need. The owner has gone to great lengths to cater to everyone's needs and we were very happy. It is very close to Vincentia Shopping Village and only 100m walk to the walking trail that connects you to some great beaches. We will definitely be back!

This property has everything you need for a great escape. Clean and tidy. The kitchen is well equipped, so if you love cooking (like me) you will be very happy. It is very close to a promenade that takes you to the lovely Orion beach or to Collingwood beach. I will definitely rent it again.
