You will love this beautiful north facing two storey holiday home, with a slight 1970’s retro vibe. Perfectly located at the quite end of Vincentia and within short walking distance to 3 beaches including Orion, Barfleur and Nelsons Beach, as well as Vincentia Sailing Club, White Sands Cycle Path, the playground and BBQ area.
Featuring an open floor plan upstairs, there is with a well set up kitchen, living room with sliding doors to the balcony, views of Jervis Bay. There are 2 comfortable bedrooms upstairs (containing King and single bedrooms ). Upstairs (at the rear of the house) is a sunroom and study area , perfect to quietly get away from the gang (if you need to). There is a ramp from this room out to a really large, fully enclosed back yard and lawn with shady trees, (perfect for an afternoon snooze, a sit on the lawn or family games). Downstairs there is a kitchenette downstairs, comfortable queen bedroom and a family rumpus room opening to the front lawn. (The rumpus room also has another study desk if 2 people need to work a bit.)
Our Beach House is fantastic for family holidays, weekends away with your friends or a romantic getaway to the white sand beaches of Jervis Bay. The whole family will enjoy the fully fenced backyard, easy access to the beach and an afternoon BBQ on the balcony.

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive; Please bring your own beach towels.
This property is not suitable for pets.
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.
