A well equipped open kitchen overlooks the combined dining/living area and has a fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee machine (Nespresso Virtuo Plus - BYO Pods).
Flat screen TV, a comfortable lounge, 2 arm chairs, dining table table seats 4, 2 breakfast bar chairs and ducted air-conditioning.
Outdoor entertaining area has an outdoor setting for 6, 2 cane chairs and a gas BBQ.
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats and tea towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
This property is not suitable for pets.
There is are 2 designated parking spots in a remote entry shared garage as well as street parking. Strictly no smoking in the unit or on the balcony.

Arrival / Departure Times
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
Parties, Functions & Gatherings
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.
