This gorgeous ground floor unit of a newly built two storey house located in Vincentia is the perfect getaway for couples or families. Located only metres from the very popular white sand and clear waters of Blenheim Beach. This spacious and airy apartment will have you feeling relaxed from the moment you arrive.
The layout of the unit is ideal for both a small family wanting to leave the car at the unit and spend their holiday across the road at Blenheim Beach, or 2 couples wanting a base to explore Jervis Bay. It is also only a short bush walk to Greenfield or Hyams Beach.
The second bedroom is able to be configured as a twin (as default) or can be made up as a king bed on request.
Just around the corner is the bike/walking path that winds its way along the beaches of Vincentia and finishes at the Huskisson foreshore. The beautiful Jervis Bay area offers so much to see and do: swimming, snorkelling, fishing, surfing, dolphin/whale watch cruises, exploring National Parks and so much more.

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
Unfortunately this property is not suitable for pets.

We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
Parties, Functions and Gatherings
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.
