A well-stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare a quick snack or full meal. Fridge, electric stove, electric oven/grill, dishwasher, electric frying pan and microwave.
A comfortable lounge space with seating for 6, smart TV with Foxtel, original wooden floorboards and ornamental fireplace. The dining area seats 6 and features a slow combustion fire for winter stays (firewood is available at the local service stations and supermarkets).
A washer, dryer, tub, iron and board are all provided.
A large covered wooden deck with 3 burner gas barbecue and dining for 8. The large grassy backyard is ideal for kids and dogs to play in and is fully secure.
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
This property is suitable for pets and has a secure, fully fenced yard, however they are not allowed on the furniture. An additional cleaning charge may apply if the home is left untidy due to your pet. You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.
The garage is not for guest use but there is off street parking available.
Arrival and Departure Times
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.
Rates and Availability
The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.
In order to ensure that resources are available and to provide the best possible service during the high demand period bookings from 20 Dec to approx 12 Jan can only commence on specific days of the week and are for a minimum of 7 days. If you have any issues making your booking please enquire.
Christmas, New Year and early January: 7 night minimum stay.
Easter: 4 night minimum stay.
Long Weekends and late January: 3 night minimum stay.
