This cosy seaside cottage is perfect for anyone wishing to escape and enjoy some peace and quiet. Jervis Beach House is located an easy walk to the popular Collingwood Beach, Moona Moona Creek and local shops.
Upon entering the home, you are greeted with an open living and dining room which leads to the kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms, all with ceiling fans. In addition to the living room, there is a large family room - perfect for big groups and kids. There are 2 renovated bathrooms and two separate reverse cycle air-conditioned living areas (combined lounge and dining room at the front, and a large family room at the back).
Outside you will find a plantation style back verandah, perfect for relaxing and dining, 2 outdoor showers plus a double carport.

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

A bond of 750 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept Visa or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.
