A beautiful luxury kitchen that is equipped to whip up any meal for any occasion. Side by side fridge freezer, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, walk in pantry, Nespresso pod machine, sandwich press, rice cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster.

The large tiered fully secure backyard provides an additional entertainment area with a firepit and seating. There is also an outdoor washing line.
An outdoor shower is also provided for washing sandy toes from the beach!
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
Absolutely no pets are permitted at this home.
Please note that the backyard is tiered with small drops between each tier so children should be supervised at all times.

A bond of 500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept Visa or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).
Arrival and Departure Times
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
Parties, Functions and Gatherings
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond. Strictly no parties of any kind will be permitted.
Rates and Availability
The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.
Christmas, New Year and early January: 7 night minimum stay.
Easter: 4 night minimum stay.
Long Weekends and late January: 3 night minimum stay.
