Shore Break is a fantastic holiday home offering comfortable tiled family living and entertaining areas yet it is only moments away from the beautiful aqua waters of Nelsons Beach.
There is plenty of space in this two storey home featuring the bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom downstairs should you need level entry. The outdoor entertaining area is set up with a ten seater table with a great yard for the kids to play. A large sunny deck extends from the main bedroom.
Not just having the pleasure of strolling over to the beach as you please, The White Sands Walk is also moments away offering nature paths and linking the popular beaches. There are many things to do in Jervis Bay: golfing, swimming, snorkelling, hiking, surfing, fishing, exploring National Parks, dolphin/whale watch cruises and much more.

A light-filled sitting room features a gas fireplace and is set-up with comfortable lounge chairs adjacent to the dining room which accommodates a large eight seater dining room table. The open kitchen looks over the lounge area with flat screen TV and air-conditioning.
Undercover entertaining area with Gas BBQ and dining setting to seat 10 plus grassy area for the kids to play.
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats and tea towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach.
This property is NOT suitable for pets.
Off street parking available and suitable for your boat plus plenty of street parking.
Laundry facilities available including, washing machine, dryer, outdoor washin line, indoor airer and iron/Iron board.
A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.
Christmas, New Year and early January: 7 night minimum stay.
Easter: 4 night minimum stay.
