A well-stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare a quick snack or full meal. Fridge, oven, cooktop, kettle, toaster, microwave and dishwasher.
Downstairs has an open plan living space with comfortabe lounges, flat screen smart TV, indoor dining setting for 6 and glorious views of the basin.
Upstairs features a full bar, an additional lounge area and an indoor/outdoor sunroom.
At the rear of the home there is a covered outdoor dining area with gas barbecue. At the front the enormous grass lawn leads all the way to the water's edge.
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive; Please bring your own beach towels.
This property is suitable for pets and the front yard is fenced. However they are not allowed inside. An additional cleaning charge may apply if the home is left untidy due to your pet. You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.
Garage not for guest use however there are 3 off street parking spaces available.
A bond of 500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept Visa or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).
Arrival and Departure Times
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
Parties, functions and Gatherings
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.
Christmas, New Year and early January: 7 night minimum stay.
