This property offers plenty of living space with an open plan kitchen, dining area, lounge room and adjoining sunny front verandah (semi-covered) to capture the views and smell of the sea breeze. Polished timber floors throughout, ample parking even for a boat, additional outdoor shower to wash off the sand, fans, air-conditioner ... all the creature comforts of home.
Take a leisurely stroll to one of several beaches on offer, bring your bikes and ride along the bike path to the shops, cafes and restaurants of Vincentia or Huskisson or play a relaxed 9-holes at the local golf club.
There is so much to see and do in the beautiful Jervis Bay area: swimming, snorkeling, hiking, surfing, fishing, exploring National Parks, whale/dolphin watch cruises and much more.

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
This property is suitable for pets and has a secure, fully fenced front and back deck, however they are not allowed in bedrooms or on the furniture. Note that the back yard is completely open so pets must be supervised when going beyond the decks. An additional cleaning charge may apply if the home is left untidy due to your pet. You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.

A bond of 750 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept Visa or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).
Arrival and Departure Times
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
Parties, Functions and Gatherings
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.
Christmas, New Year and early January: 7 night minimum stay;
Easter: 4 night minimum stay;
Long Weekends and late January: 3 night minimum stay.
