A good size fully secure backyard with a paved area and dining for 8, Weber Family Q gas barbecue and outdoor shower.
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, duvets and blankets, bath towels, hand towels and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
This property is suitable for pets and has a secure, fully fenced yard, however they are not allowed on the furniture or in bedrooms. An additional cleaning charge may apply if the home is left untidy due to your pet. You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.
The garage is a single car garage with a clearance of 2 metres. There is small ping pong table in the garage which will need to be moved if using it for parking
The backyard is fully secure. The height of the fence is 1.5 metres at its lowest point.
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
Parties, Functions & Gatherings
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.
