An expansive well equipped open kitchen with high quality cookware, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and Nespresso pod coffee machine. Breakfast bar with 6 bar stools.
Large Smart TV with Netflix provided, a comfortable lounge and arm chair amply seating 6 guests. Large dining table for 6 guests overlooking the pool. Ducted air-conditioning throughout.
Covered outdoor dining on the deck for up to 8 guests, overlooking the pool. Additonal lounge seating and sun loungers at the pool side.
Situated in the outdoor pool changing room/bathroom is a full laundry with washer, dryer, iron and board and laundry tub.
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, pool towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats and tea towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.
This property is not suitable for pets.
There is are 2 designated parking spots in a remote entry shared garage as well as street parking. Strictly no smoking in the unit or on the balcony.
Internal laundry has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
A bond of 500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept Visa or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).
Arrival / Departure Times
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
Parties, Functions & Gatherings
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.
In order to ensure that resources are available and to provide the best possible service during the high demand period bookings from 20 Dec to approx 12 Jan can only commence on specific days of the week and are for a minimum of 7 days. If you have any issues making your booking please enquire.
Christmas, New Year and early January: 7 night minimum stay.
Easter: 4 night minimum stay.
Long Weekends and late January: 3 night minimum stay.
