A large open plan kitchen with range gas cooktop, electric oven, Nespresso coffee machine, large fridge freezer with ice maker, walk in pantry and an abundance of high quality cookware and crockery.
A vast ground floor open plan air-conditioned dining space with seating for 8 guests, plus breakfast bar with four stools, indoor/outdoor living flowing onto the outdoor dining area. Upstairs is a large open lounge space with air-conditioning, gas fire, small bar area and smart TV. Comfortable seating for 10 or more guests and flowing onto the upstairs balcony area.

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

A bond of 500 dollars must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept Visa or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners)
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
Parties, Functions and Gatherings
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond. No parties of any kind will be tolerated.
Absolutely no smoking in the house.

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.
Christmas, New Year and early January: 7 night minimum stay
