Ubuntu is also pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along for the adventure. The property is located on the bike path that leads to Huskisson and Vincentia and their many pet friendly beaches.

A fully equipped kitchen with a wide array of cookware and essentials. Marble bench tops, double fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction cooktop, electric oven, separate grill microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle & toaster.
A vast open living space with an elegant dining table for 10, a lounge area comfortably accommodating 8, with a huge smart TV, log fire (BYO wood, kindling, matches and firelighters), AC and stunning vaulted ceiling.
An additional lounge area for two is on the upstairs landing overlooking the lounge downstairs.

A fully secure backyard with a small lawn area, a 6 person spa, covered outdoor dining and large gas barbecue.
The back gate leads directly onto the bike path and beach and an outdoor shower is provided just by the gate to wash those sandy toes!
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.
This property is suitable for pets and the yard is secure and fully fenced. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms. An additional cleaning charge may apply if the home is left untidy due to your pet and if you have not picked up after your pet in the yard before departure.
You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.
Garage not for guests' use.
Log fire - BYO wood, kindling, matches and firelighters. These can be purchased from Coles/Service Station approx 200m drive from the property.
Spa is used at your own risk.
The staircase is a steep spiral staircase and is a feature of this stunning home, however it is entirely unsuitable for young children and we would recommend stair gates be brought with you for your own peace of mind.
A bond of 500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept Visa or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.
Absolutely no smoking in the house.

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.
Christmas, New Year and early January: 7 night minimum stay.
Easter: 4 night minimum stay.
Long Weekends and late January: 3 night minimum stay.
