Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.

This property is suitable for pets and a small part of the yard is secure and fully fenced. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms. An additional cleaning charge may apply if the home is left untidy due to your pet and if you have not picked up after your pet in the yard before departure.
You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.
Two complimentary kayaks are provided. These are used at own risk.
There is no fence between the property and Moona Moona Creek or the road. Children must be supervised at all times.
A bond of 500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept Visa or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.
Absolutely no smoking in the house.

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.
Christmas, New Year and early January: 7 night minimum stay.
Easter: 4 night minimum stay.
Long Weekends and late January: 3 night minimum stay.
