Nestled in South Nowra, Old Salt Distillery is a passion project turned reality for husband-and-wife duo, Terry and Michelle Robinson. Both seasoned chefs, they bring decades of fine-dining experience into a unique distillery setting. At the heart of Old Salt is a 200-liter copper still, affectionately named Eva, which produces a variety of small-batch spirits. Their range includes botanical gins, Australian wheat vodka, and seasonal fruit liqueurs, each crafted with meticulous attention to quality. The distillery’s offerings extend to house-made craft beers, fruit-based hard seltzers, and refreshing non-alcoholic beverages like kombucha and ginger beer.
