Beachfront Luxury is a perfect place for couples, families or anyone looking to get away on a beach holiday. There are two designated car spots in the building's secure car park.

A well equipped open kitchen overlooks the combined spacious dining/living area and has a dishwasher, kettle, cooktop, oven, toaster, microwave and coffee machine.

Outdoor entertaining area has 4 armchairs, 8 seater tables, and gas BBQ.
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats and tea towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
This property is not suitable for pets.
There are two designated car spots in the building's secure car park and plenty of on street parking.
Internal laundry has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Arrival / Departure Times
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
Parties, Functions & Gatherings
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.
