With water views of Jervis Bay and 100m from Nelson Beach and Plantation Point, this ever popular holiday home provides all that is needed to enjoy a weekend away or a longer stay by the seaside.
As you walk in, you are presented with a stairwell that leads upstairs to 4 bedrooms (3 with water views) and the bathroom or off to the left is a kids retreat/playroom. Off to the right is a spacious comfortable lounge room that leads to the dining area and a rumpus or media room. The kitchen and meals area is on the ground floor also and leads you out to an undercover outdoor dining area. The laundry and 2nd toilet is also located on ground level as well. The kids will be safe in a 2 tiered landscaped backyard, with lockable side access gates.

A well-stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare a quick snack or full meal. Open living space features all quality appliances, including, coffee machine, dishwasher and oven/stove.
Open plan with L-shaped lounge, 55" flat screen TV, DVD and WIFI/Bluetooth Sound System, formal dining room with setting for 8, kitchen with informal meals area with setting for 4, rumpus room with 40" flat screen TV and DVD and a kids retreat with lounge, 40" flat screen TV and DVD.
Outdoor undercover dining with outdoor setting for 10 plus gas BBQ.
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
Single garage space is available for guest use plus an additional 2 spaces in the driveway.
This property is NOT suitable for pets.
A bond of $750 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.
Christmas, New Year and early January: 7 night minimum stay.
Easter: 4 night minimum stay.

A spacious house that two families can enjoy. A fabulous outdoor entertaining area and yard for the kids. Beach is a 2 minute walk to Nelson Beach/Plantation Point which we were thrilled about. Bike track for riding was great too. Totally enjoyed our stay.

Great stay at this home. Loved being so close to the beach, the reserve, and local shops. Property management were easy to contact if needed, and very helpful for our stay. Would recommend anyone staying here - as long as you can get up and down stairs.

We had a lovely 7 days at the house, it was perfect for what we needed. Close to the beach, plenty of room for two families, clean and tidy, great outdoor space which was enclosed which was good peace of mind if you have a toddler, and a large solid outdoor table setting. The rooms were clean and tidy with comfy beds and new towels and sheets provide. We would definitely stay there again.
