This property is NOT suitable for pets.
The garage is NOT for guest use however there is plenty of street parking available.
Laundry facilities are provided and include washing machine indoor airer and Iron/Iron board.
A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.
Christmas, New Year and early January: 7 night minimum stay.
Easter: 4 night minimum stay.

Located a couple minutes from the beach and a short walk to the park and shops, this apartment suits a couple of families easily. The outdoor entertaining area is fantastically spacious and loved the fact it is covered.
