Watermark is great for couples, families and groups of friends looking for a beach escape. There are 2 designated parking spots in a remote entry shared garage as well as street parking. Watermark is an easy walk to vibrant Main Street of Huskisson - cafes, shops, pubs and clubs, and has a 7 km bike and walking track at the door.

A well equipped open kitchen overlooks the combined dining/living area and has a dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee machine.
Flat screen Smart TV, a large lounge, table seats 6, breakfast bar chairs and air-conditioning.
Private courtyard and outdoor entertaining area has an outdoor setting, lounge and gas BBQ.
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats and tea towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
This property is NOT suitable for pets.
There is a designated parking spot in a remote entry shared garage as well as street parking.
Internal laundry has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.

We enjoyed a weeks family vacation at this wonderful apartment. We couldn't fault it and would love to return at some time. Location is fantastic- opposite Huskisson beach and the walking/cycling track around Jervis Bay. We brought the bikes and used them most days but its only a 5mins walk into town as well. The apartment is very well furnished and the air con is works very well if required. We used the BBQ and ate sausage rolls on the outside table and chairs during lunch breaks from the beach. We also found a fish and chip kiosk at the campsite 200metres down the road- they were very good and a nice easy dinner for the kids.

Enjoyed our stay at Watermark very much.Beach nice and close, courtyard at front was nice. would definitely come again. Only one complaint, someone in a very nice merc parked over unit 1"s two car spaces and their other merc parked in our space. very inconsiderate.
