A well-stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare a quick snack or full meal. Fridge, benchtop convection oven with 2 hotplates, kettle, toaster, coffee machine (Vittoria) and microwave.
A vast open plan space with dining table for up to 4 guests, couch and flat screen smart TV.
Washer, sink, drying rail and iron & board.
Outdoor dining, gas BBQ and fully secure backyard.
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
This property is suitable for small pets and has a secure, fully fenced, back yard, however they are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedroom. An additional cleaning charge may apply if the home is left untidy due to your pet and if you have not picked up after your pet in the yard before departure.
You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.
Please note that this is the ground floor of a 2 storey home. The upstairs is a private holiday rental used by family members only.
A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.
Christmas, New Year and early January: 7 night minimum stay.
Easter: 4 night minimum stay.
Long Weekends and late January: 3 night minimum stay.
