This gorgeous ground floor unit of a newly built two storey house located in Vincentia is the perfect getaway for couples or families. Located only metres from the very popular white sand and clear waters of Blenheim Beach. This spacious and airy apartment will have you feeling relaxed from the moment you arrive.

The layout of the unit is ideal for both a small family wanting to leave the car at the unit and spend their holiday across the road at Blenheim Beach, or 2 couples wanting a base to explore Jervis Bay. It is also only a short bush walk to Greenfield or Hyams Beach.

The second bedroom is able to be configured as a twin (as default) or can be made up as a king bed on request.

Just around the corner is the bike/walking path that winds its way along the beaches of Vincentia and finishes at the Huskisson foreshore. The beautiful Jervis Bay area offers so much to see and do: swimming, snorkelling, fishing, surfing, dolphin/whale watch cruises, exploring National Parks and so much more.

Please note you are booking a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment - the upstairs part of the property may have guests at the same time during your stay as this is a private holiday rental.

Flat screen smart TV (BYO streaming accounts), open plan lounge and indoor dining setting for 6.

LAUNDRY

Washer, dryer and separate vanity.

OUTSIDE

2 Outdoor settings, electric BBQ and outdoor shower.

LINEN

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

Unfortunately this property IS NOT suitable for pets.

Please note the upstairs part of the property may have guests at the same time during your stay.

A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners);

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES

We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS

This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.

Fantastic stay for a family with young kids. An easy walk to the beach and a short drive to town. The apartment was clean, spacious and modern. Highly recommend.

Very nice place but just a couple of things the bed could of been more comfortable it was like a fantastic furniture job and a more comfortable lounge the lounge that’s there seems like it’s one u sit on in a waiting room apart from those 2 things I enjoyed my stay there

A delightful, brand new unit with good design and a light airy feel. Comfortably set up for a couple or a small family. Nice location in a quiet area. Looks onto bush, a short walk from Blenheim beach and the White Sands walking trail which leads to several other nice beaches. A real pleasure to stay in a nicely set up and pristine new unit.

When you want to escape from the noise of the city, i highly recommend you come here. It's moments away from blenheim beach. As soon as we drove into the driveway, we felt peace and instant relaxation. The house was so clean and fully catered. will definitely be back again.
