This lovely double storey holiday home is so much more than just sweeping vistas and short strolls to a variety of beaches; everything has been thought of and carefully considered. Alva Lee has a unique layout, and features a parents retreat downstairs which has its own living area with TV, ensuite, kitchenette and sliding doors to the backyard and a covered front patio for your morning coffee.
Upstairs features a large bright and airy open-plan living and dining area fronted by a full length balcony; all enjoying stunning views out over Jervis Bay. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more… This is self-catering in style!
Two further bedrooms are located upstairs, both spacious with ample storage, a twin and a queen with TV. These rooms share a large family bathroom with both shower and bathtub.
The lush and verdant gardens are expertly landscaped and multi-tiered and lead guests to the jewel of the home, an elevated al fresco dining area with jaw dropping views over the home and the bay beyond.
The location of the home is perfect for a beach holiday with both Blenheim and Nelson’s beaches, and The White Sands Walk just a 4 minute stroll across the road. Vincentia’s shops, cafes and supermarket are only a few minutes drive.

Arrival/Departure Times
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
Parties, functions and Gatherings
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.
